How do I use forms to submit child rows?

Is it possible to set up a form to submit entries that will always be child rows?

How would we select the parent row of the submitted data

EG: Parent row is Project1 a user then submits a form with an update which might be a task related to Project1 and that would appear as a child row (indented row) in the sheet.
