Where is my report toolbar?

I am running on an Enterprise license and after creating a report, I need to do grouping. From the link below, it shows there I should be seeing a toolbar with the various options but that does not exist.
I have logged in using Edge, Chrome, and Firefox and none of them have the toolbar. Other co-workers have the same issue.

Hi,
I am logging into my account via web browser, navigating to the folder which contains the report, then opening it. There also isn't a toolbar when creating a new report.

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

Hi, any news here? Same here, I've lost my toolbar and there is no option to re-enable it. strange…

Hi @MaRe12!
Starting on February 19th, our Support team began investigating an issue where the upper toolbar may disappear while building reports. Our Engineering team is aware of this and is actively working on a resolution.
To track this issue, please submit a case through our Support portal and reference parent case 08002560.
In the meantime, some members have found that adjusting their browser zoom, moving their browser window to another screen, or switching to a different browser can serve as a temporary workaround.
