Quite often, I am entering the same formula, with the only differentiation being an identifier for a unit or job role. This becomes tedious and is a very manual process. In Excel, the ability to find and replace eliminates this repetitive manual changing to a few keystrokes. Looking for the same functionality within Smartsheet.
@DataDaveRN Have you tried creating a cross-reference Smartsheet to help logically identify the Unit or Job Role?
Then you can implement into your formula a VLOOKUP to the cross-reference sheet.
