Dashboard Error

I have shared a Dashboard with internal and external stakeholders, but they receive the following error when trying to view. I have shared it with them directly through Smartsheet and also with the direct link. What am I missing here?

The individual's shared on the entire workspace do not have a problem accessing it. Do I need to grant access to all stakeholders to the entire workspace?

If the report is not filtered by current user, you will need to adjust the widget's Viewer Mode to be "Last Widget Editor".
