What's the difference between Bridge and regular automations?

It seems to me that regular automations inside sheets can do most of what Bridge can do, based on the demo available, yet it's a separate product, so I can't try it myself. Can anyone tell me the difference/advantages of Bridge?

The integrations really stand out to me. I built a weather app that displays on dashboards for several different facilities for temperatures & weather advisories.

I'm also auto provisioning/deprovisioning accounts from a Smartsheet group whenever they are added to a sheet. This simplifies the sharing process greatly for me / and our team across several workspaces.

You can also sort sheets when they are rows are added, or whenever there is a trigger, you can also parent those rows automatically based on criteria.

Another cool feature is the ability to essentially INDEX/MATCH images with cell linking.

Let's not forget about Javascript / API calls either, those are what make bridge, bridge.

They are very different. While Automations in Core Smartsheet is powerful, it's nothing compared to what you can do with Bridge.
