Problems to share access with my team

Hi,

I'm having problems to share access with my team. They need just visualize the projects schedule and after I share the document (like image print1 attached), my colleague need to request me access.

So I receive an e-mail like the print2 attached).

When I click on the link, I have the answer bellow.

And my co-woker can't access the smartsheet.

It looks like Smartsheet may have been down or experiencing technical problems while you were responding to the access request. If this persists, I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet's support team: https://help.smartsheet.com/contact

I have noticed similar issues with sharing sheets where they are sent a notice saying the sheet has been shared but they still need to request access. I have found it can help to have teams and members (where possible) in contact groups. Then, when I share the sheet or other asset with the group, it doesn't force them to ask for access.
