Smartsheet Documentation / User manual

Does anyone create "maps" of their Smartsheets and how they are linked or related?
i.e. Is there a preferred method to document our Smartsheets so others understand how they function together?
Also, does Smartsheet have any kind of built-in tool, utility or functionality that makes that easier?

I utilise Lucid to draw process maps, it looks a little like this:

Lucid has a free trial by the way, but this can also be done in VISIO if you have a subscription to Microsoft.. basically any Swim Lane tool, I find this the best way to articulate the various lanes of the process and what happens where - particularly with Control Centre builds.
It is also great for demonstrating a simpler solution with Sheets/Reports/Dashboards and how they are interlinked - something initial users get a little confused on, I have noticed in my experience!
