How can I get a form to link to my project?

Hi Community!
I'm a new user and have been reviewing topics and training classes but need some additional assistance.
I created a form for users to request a new project, depending on how it is filled out it will route to a specific department to view it via an email. This information will be captured on a master sheet.
When the reviewer gets the notification, I would like for them to see what has been requested in the email and click on a form that will have all of the information for them to fill out when they contact the requestor. How do I get that form in the email notification and link it to the specific project?

Are you wanting them to update information in the row created by the original form, or are you trying to get a separate row created with certain data points related to the original form?

Thank you Paul for the quick response. I am wanting them to update the information in the row created by the original form.

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
The easiest way would be to use the Update Request feature. The second way could be to use the URL-Queary feature to pre-populate the data sent in a form, but it's much more advanced, so I recommend the first option if it works.More info:
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

Thank you Andree,
I'm testing it out now, with the first option it would pull the user to the master sheet which I would like to keep them out of. I found an option on the community that I thought would work well but couldn't figure out how to complete it. I'm wondering if that is the 2nd one you proposed. See attached snippet for visual of what I found.

@Alexis S That snippet is actually from an Update Request. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you have set up that is taking the user to the sheet?
-
Thank you Paul - Here's the automation that I have set up. When a new request comes in it alert a specific person. This example has a new request that is answered Yes or I Don't Know for instructional design needs. Last snippet is the email I receive. Ideally would like for the email to have the notification but also have a form for the person to open and fill out when asking the requestor about the project. Hope this helps, I really appreciate all the advise.

That looks like you are using an Alert. Try an Update Request instead.

IT WORKED! I can not thank you enough - if you hear screaming and cheering from Ohio it's me. You just made life easier for me and the group that I am working with.
