Setting up notifications when new entries are made by others

How do I set up notifications on a Smartsheet that I do not own when new entries are made by others? I would like an email notification for each new entry on a community Smartsheet. The person who owns the Smartsheet no longer works at the company, and I am not able to have my status updated. When I access the notifications section of the Smartsheet, I do not see how to set up notifications for each new entry that is made on the sheet. Please advise.
