Not able to Add Column in a Report that I am the Owner

I am the owner and licensed user in Smartsheet. When attempting to add a column to a report, the entire tool bar disappears and I'm am not able to edit the report at all. I've logged out and back in, deleted browsing history/cookies and tried on other reports but all of them are doing the same thing. Is this a glitch?

I have been having issues with reports not working properly lately as well. I suggest reaching out to support.
