User unable to access sheets
Hello!
I am attempting to give viewer-only access to an executive at my company. I have given him viewer access to both the workspace and the sheet he needs to view. His name and email address show in the list of contributors. However, when he attempts to access the sheet it says "You don't have access to this workspace. This workspace may have been removed or unshared", with a blue 'Request Access' button. When he clicks the button to request access, it prompts him to upgrade to a paid account. He is using a SSO if that makes a difference. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Nancy

Have you ensured that the email they are using to sign in is in fact the email that has been shared to the item(s)?

@Paul Newcome Yes, it is his company email. He does receive the notifications to his email from Smartsheet that we have added his access. However, when he clicks those links it says that he does not.

Hi @Nancy T.
Can you have him sign in to Smartsheet directly, then see if the Workspace appears on the left?
As another thing to check, take a look at the URL to ensure you're both using the same version of Smartsheet (e.g. .com, .eu, or .gov). https://app.smartsheet.com
Let us know if either of this helped!
Cheers,
