Checkbox is Missing

Help! I have been using smartsheets for 6 years now and have always had a checkbox in two columns. Somehow when I opened my sheet today they are missing for any spots that it has not been checked yet. The boxes dont seem to be hidden as I don't seem to be able to hover over the space and check it off. I have checked the properties and seem to be the same way that they have always been. Any ideas on how I can get my checkboxes back?

I am also having this problem in Google Chrome and Safari. Not all of my checkbox columns are affected.

Hi all,

This was reported to Support on Friday and a fix was implemented to display checkboxes again, however you may need to clear your browsers cache in order for the visuals to come back in your specific view. Here's more information:

Try using an incognito mode to look at the same sheet to see if this makes a difference. If it does, then clearing your browser cache should resolve the issue.
