Dropdown Menus
We had a power outage earlier this morning (not sure it is relevant, but only out ofthe ordinary thing that has happened) that caused us to temporarily lose internet connectivity. Going back tomy Smarsheet workspace after connection was restored, I noticed my dropdown menus are no longershowing when I click on the cell they are attached to. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

A power outage should not change your Smartsheet sheet as Smartsheet is Software as a Service (SAAS) online application 🙂 Here's more information:
However, if the power went out before you were able to save any changes, you may need to re-do those changes and Save the sheet again. For example, if you updated a Column to have specific dropdown choices, but then your internet cut out before the Save button was clicked, you will need to re-enter those choices.
Double click on the column name to see what values are associated with the column. I hope this helps!
