Checkbox no longer appearing
Overnight, my SmartSheet changed and I am no longer able to see a checkbox after it is selected unless I hover over it. The day before, it used to be visible all of the time after selected. Only 2 individuals have access to make changes to the sheets (myself and one other person and they did not make a change intentionally either). Did something change with the tool itself? Would someone be able to provide direction on how to change this in my sheets so that they appear all of the time? All my sheets with the checkbox functionality were impacted. Thank you.

Look again. This was an issue raised on status.smartsheet.com - it appears to be resolved now.

I am having the same issue. I am actually the one who brought the problem up on Friday and it is not resolved. I have cleared my cache as well and nothing has changed, checkboxes still not showing unless hovered over. We have also lost all our comments, none are showing. I've been sending Smartsheet screenshots hoping they can get it fixed asap.

This is an issue for me! I have tried everything & cannot get it to show!!!!!!!!!! I also can't see lines that I have a "Comment" saved too either!! HELP!!!!

Hi all,
This was reported to Support on Friday and a fix was implemented to display checkboxes again, however you may need to clear your browsers cache in order for the visuals to come back in your specific view. Here's more information:
Try using an incognito mode to look at the same sheet to see if this makes a difference. If it does, then clearing your browser cache should resolve the issue.

After I cleared my cache, a little picture shows up in the check box now instead of the check mark. So, still not working as expected.
I'm having the same issue with the comments as others have mentioned. -

This is still occuring for me. I have tried incognito and clearing my cache. Time is now 7/1/2024 2:58 CDT.

I am still having this issue as well. If I change the checkbox to a flag or star it shows up. If I change it back to checkbox it does not show up unless I hover over where the checkbox should be.

We are still experiencing this issue as of 3:00pm CST on the Edge Browser. Chrome is working fine.

I am as well. I've opened a ticket with support. Clearing my cache and using different browsers doesn't fix it.
