Group Permissions

We had a group sharing a workspace (Editor - Cannot Share). For a couple years they have been able to access the workspace and contents until this past week. I still see the group, populated with the right users and permissions — not sure what else to check.

Any help would be appreciated

Is it everyone in the group that can no longer access the workspace or certain users?

Everyone in the group and permissions in Smartsheet appear to be correct.

If they are still part of the group and the group still ahs access to the workspace yet no one can access the workspace, I would suggest reaching out to support.
