Advice on monitoring progress

My team uses SS for a project tracker and need to be able to monitor that they are keeping up with a certain amount of completed tasks per day. So for example, User 1 needs to complete 8 tasks per day. How can I monitor this on a regular basis to ensure they are staying on track?

Thanks! The date completed column is a simple yet affective addition. So far we just have a status column for Completed, In Progress, etc. so I'll add the date completed to be able to create a report. Thanks again!
