Sheet Reference Manager UI is different

For the last few weeks this is what I've seen on the Sheet Reference Manager UI. It's happening with the latest versions of Chrome and Edge. Anyone else experiencing this?

I can't see the list of references like I used to, and it's harder to select the RMB click options.

Weird. Try clearing your browser cache (don't have to clear cookies, just cached data).

Thanks @Brian_Richardson , it just resolved itself on Monday.

aaaaaand now the issue is back. It's been going on for a few weeks now
