Template searches

Hello community,

I am wondering if someone can help me understand why when I search within smartsheet for a particular template, it does not return results ex - Test Plan or Test Case. However, when I search on the web smartsheet returns examples of exactly what I was looking for. Am I doing something wrong with my search within the application? https://www.smartsheet.com/test-case-templates-examples

It's because it's added to your account when you click on the link, but Smartsheet hasn't made it available in the library.

No, you're not doing anything wrong. All the templates aren't available in Smartsheet and have to be found on blogs and similar.

I understand what you are saying, however, it comes from Smartsheet when you click on the link I submitted which is what confuses me. Why can't I find it when I search in Smartsheet but when I click the link, it shows in Smartsheet?
