Show multiple resources for one task.

I'm not using the separate Resource Management module, but the one included in the Business plan.

We shift workers around a lot. If I have two or more resources in the "Allocated To" column, and one of them leaves the project before the other, how do I show this?

Say one of the workers will stay until completion but the other has to leave early due to a personal matter or has vacation. If they both have the same allocation % assigned to them, I'm not going to see that one will be leaving early and then I'll end up understaffed on the project.

How can I show multiple allocated resources (Assigned To) separately?

You'll have to split the work up onto 2 tasks, each assigned to 1 person, in order to see differences in allocation and dates.

@Brian_Richardson That is unfortunate. Some of our projects have 10+ people working on them. The schedule is going to get messy.

I am doing a demo of Resource Manager and was told it has the capability to do more with this than the included tracker. Do you have any experience with this?
