Allowing {{Column Header}} in Send File as Attachment

To Whom it May Concern,

Allowing {{Column Header}} in send file attachment is not available as it is in automations. Shouldn't be too big of an ask since this function is already readily available in automations function. Also, allow me to change recepients after the email automation has been created.
