Jira Connector Workflow is not bringing over Jira System populated fields or Jira Formula fields
Hi!
I have two fields that are not coming over in my sheet from Jira.
One is a field that is generated by the system when it looks at the status of related tickets that are not directly in the project that I'm linking in the workflow
The second is a column that is a formula in Jira that calculates a weighted score based on two other fields.
Am I not able to get that info into Smartsheet via the Jira Connector or am I missing something that would allow them to come over? The sheet has nothing locked, I'm an admin on the Jira project, and the fields are not locked.

You might try filing a Support ticket for this if you haven't found a resolution yet!
