Automated Workflows

Hi Team,

I have created a 4 tier linear approval workflow wherein the functionality works fine when we go through the Approve option for all levels.

However, if the first one declines and the forms opens up at requestor level for update and they submit it….from their the next approver gets

1. multiple requests/ email notifications

2. their response as approved does not get registered and WF does not move to next stage.

Can you please confirm where can the issue be.

Hi @Genevieve P. Can you suggest for creating an alternate workflow for Decline so that it trigger for approvals.

I have a few multi-step approvals set up, and they are a pain. If you can provide a screenshot and a description of what you want to happen, I can provide some suggestions.
