Unable to locate Excel file for data offload using Data Shuttle
Hi,
I have a weekly excel report containing project spend data. The data will change from week to week and I would like to use the data within the excel file to automatically sync into a separate document saved to a Sharepoint location.
My solution would be to use Data Shuttle to acheive this as follows:
- Import data into smartsheet
- Format data within smartsheet using the data shuttle workflow
- Offload the formatted data into the file saved into the Sharepoint location
The problem I am having is that I am unable to select the excel file for the offload step using data shuttle. I am able to see the folder, but I cannot see any files within it. I have also tried doing the same using a file saved to my onedrive and am getting the same problem.
I have double checked I am definitely logged in.
Can anyone help me solve this problem? I am also open to alternative ways to deliver the same outcome.

Hi @AlishaO
From my experience when offloading using Data Shuttle to Sharepoint/OneDrive it will create a new file either csv/Excel and you cant choose an existing file.
After the initial creation of the file every other Data Shuttle will overwrite the exisiting file.
