Source Sheet Conditional Formatting on Dashboard Web Content Widget

Over the last few weeks, I have received notifications from users that the Conditional Formatting on a Source Sheet is not accurately reflecting on the Dashboard that our end-users are accessing.

The Conditional Formatting on the Source sheet is reflecting as expected. However, the dynamic view is incorporated on our Dashboard as a Web Content Widget, where only some of the conditional formatting carries over.

Attached is a screenshot of the Source sheet view with the correct formatting and then the Dashboard view without the formatting.

This is a fairly new issue that has been reported to us and I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this and know of a work around.

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
