Login defaulting to Apple ID login
I have a user that has a free account and when they log in to smartsheet via web browser and desktop app it defaults to Apple ID log in screen. He has a google account for his login and does not have an Apple ID account but cannot log in to any of the smartsheet workspaces. Can someone walk me through the steps to change his default or share a link to change settings?
We did try this as well but did not work.

Please ask the user to try logging in using incognito mode or on another device to see if the issue persists. For more help, check out these articles:
