How to view original form with populated fields?

Hi,

After the form is populated and submitted, I can see the data in the spreadsheet. However, I would like to know if there's a way to view the data in the original form with the fields populated.

The reason for this is that I use these forms for site inductions and would like to print each submission showing the descriptions (or help text) present in the form, which the spreadsheet doesn't display.

Let me know if this is possible.

You could use the Document Builder feature to create a PDF copy of the submission or the print row feature to save it as a PDF.

Thank you for your response.

The print row doesn't show the help text; it's only viewable on the form itself while it's being filled out. I haven't explored Document Builder yet, but I can give it a try and see how the document is generated.

On another note, do you know if there's a feature that allows for electronic signatures on the form, so the person filling it out can agree to the terms and conditions?
