pdf to smartsheet

Sorry I am a newbie. I have a fillable pdf file which has a submit button. I want to send the filled pdf form as attachment to Smartsheet when submit button is clicked. Is there any way to do this.

When I use mailto:emailaddress.com it emails the pdf file(as attachment) when a submit button is clicked. I want it exactly the same way but instead of email it should open the Smartsheet page and attach the filled pdf to the drag & drop field in the smartsheet form of file upload.

Wondering if this is possible …
