Dynamic View accessibility

My colleague have created a dynamic vie of the Smartsheet and shared it with me and others. To access the Dynamic view, is it necessary to have a license of the Smartsheet? Or only having the access to that sheet will suffice?

I'm getting attached error. Need assistance on this.

    It looks like you haven't been shared to the Dynamic View. Regardless of whether you have access to the sheet or not, the Dynamic View still needs to be shared.

    If your colleague goes back in to 'edit' mode on the Dynamic View there will be the following view

    If your colleague clicks on "sharing" they will get a view like this where they can share to whoever requires…either individuals or a group.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    The steps which you've shared, we tried that already but it is not working.

    When my colleague is trying to enter my name/email id, it is not showing any prompt nor it is allowing him to add my name.

    Is Dynamic view only for "Licensed Users"?

    No everyone in your organisation should be able to view them. I suggest if you are still having issues logging a ticket here
