NEW! Forms in Workspaces and new navigation bar

I guess my initial thought was to see all forms in the workspace panel (both active and inactive). However, after pondering this and reviewing some sheets - it might not make sense to show inactive. It would clutter the view and like you said, they are visible in the sheet forms manager.
Thanks, Peggy

A great addition but I note that this has quickly been followed up with a change to the iconography, which is awful. Sheets changing from blue to purple is really bad for people who interpret and navigate visually based on colour. If you're going to move to these icons (which IMO are harder to interpret - forms now look like a pill jar), please at least change sheets back to blue.

This is great - especially being able to grab the URL. And it was a surprise that I can also edit the form from the workspace panel. Thank you!!!

@jacob.alabi Thank you for leaving this feedback! This is actually an EAP feature change – you can still access search, however, it has been moved into the left rail alongside our other global navigation tools such as Browse, Home, and Favorites/Recents.
If you click the search icon in the left rail, you'll find that a floating search bar pops up, from which you can type in your search queries. Let me know if you have any additional questions/feedback about search!

@isa_altium We're excited to share that we've completed the fix! Now, when you select "Open in New Tab" or "Copy Link to Form," you'll get the published URLs.

@Grant E. Frazier Thank you for that. I see it now. Not sure how I missed it, I am always clicking the notification and Browse icons and didn't notice that.
I really would have loved it in the old position for easier access, though I must confess, it does look tidy.

What am i missing? I dont see forms in the side menu?
-
@Lisa B 2022 You would see it when you click on a sheet that has an activated form but you would have to be in the navigation pane and not the left rail as shown in your picture.
Based off the comment by @Grant E. Frazier, the search box icon I referenced in my 1st post is currently active for EAP users so might not be available yet for all users as I can see from the picture you posted.Best regards,

@jacob.alabi Many thanks, i realised that I needed to open any workspace in a new tab and then it shows the forms. Many thanks!

@Lisa B 2022 no worries and you’re welcome. You should be able to see it in any tab without having to open a new tab. It’s available in both your sheets and workspaces

@jacob.alabi Ah yes i see now, once i open a sheet that has a form attached it's on the left hand side.. would be cool to see the forms in the navigator window also!

+1 for consistent colors. Love the look and feel of the updated panel and that we can see the forms, but why would you change the icons we've been using for years? I agree - many people see the color before the text and this will throw them off (yes, we'd get used to it eventually and I'm making the assumption that it will be consistent in the Table view?)
-
Agree with reverting to the original sheet colour - blue please 😊. And I liked the old forms icon with the pencil.
Another good update would be to see some menu consistency by showing the number of Forms in the sheet 'Manage Forms' menu item, like with the 'Manage Automation Workflows' menu item - see below…

Hi Adrian, thank you this is great feedback!!
Regarding the color and icons, that was not part of our release, but I will pass the feedback along.

I would really like to see a "Hide from Solution Panel" button in the form settings. A lot of forms are not created to be used by the masses and have specific function. It would be nice not to clutter peoples workspaces up with these forms.
For example, this form is not supposed to be used by anyone, it's for a specific purpose that I use as an admin, I would like to be able to hide this from the workspace panel
