Ability to add Sheet Summary Reports to Dynamic Scoping on Control Center

This functionality is available for "Row" reports, but "Summary" reports really should be included. Many clients use sheet summary to keep grids clean and lean; but, if we can't leverage dynamic scoping for those type of reports, it weakens the case for Control Center. It's either we bulk sheets up with columns to fully leverage SCC, or lose out on major benefits by using summary reports.
