Hello Fellow Smartsheet users,
Our clients use a Smartsheet form that we created to get correspondence to us. We are transitioning our clients away from eBridge and to Smartsheet. My question is do Smartsheet grids have the option to search across all contents of the PDF's?
For example, if our posting team is looking for a specific check number, can they search for that check number the row highlights?
We are also trying to not create a lot of work for the client. I know it would be an easy option to add a field on the form to include check numbers, but our clients are emergency rooms and its often too hectic and chaotic for them to do more than upload a document.
