Report not showing certain columns

I'm having a similar issue,
There is only one sheet
First image below is a screen shot/clip from the sheet with two of the columns shown.
Second image is screen shot/clip from the report I am trying to create and select the two columns.
Only one of the columns shows up "PIF ID" and the other one "PIF Date and Time Stamp" does not.
Can anyone help me understand why the "PIF Date and Time Stamp" column is not showing up as an option to select on the report? -
If it is a created or modified column type, try looking for "Created" or "Modified".
