One Specific user not receiving any Smartsheet emails

I have one user that is not receiving any Smartsheet emails. They do not receive any reports or update requests from any automated workflow.

Hi @gkagawa ,
if there are no error messages and nothing in the SPAM folder of the recipient, the emails are most likely blocked by the recipients email server or security software.
Maybe the sending domain from Smartsheet is not allowed or something similar.
