Why would my workflow not be sending the notification

Hello,

I am using the current workflow, but for some reason it is not sending the email notifications out. I have run tests to send to myself, but still do not get the email notification. I have checked the junk mailbox, but something is not working. I have other similar workflows that seem to work ok. This is just sending a message only.

  • As a test, change the alert from "Send from my organization" to "Send from Smartsheet Automation" and test the automation workflow. If that works, the issue is that your email system is rejecting mail from the outside world having your domain name. It is blocking a spoofing attempt.
