Workflow - Sending email with "Send to contacts in a cell" isn't working

I have created a new sheet to track my UAT. It's a current and ongoing sheet and for some reason when creating the workflows, it is not letting me choose a field to send to contacts in a cell. I have data in the sheet. I have used this on other sheets so I don't know what the issue is this time.

Is the field/cell you want to select a Contact field (in the properties of the column)?

Hi, you just need to go to the relevant column where the contacts are and ensure that the column type is 'Contact List' (see below). This should then allow you to select the relevant column on the workflow.
