Request an Update : Automation
My automation is sending an email to the correct recipients but it is sending a static form that does not allow for any updates.
I have changed the columns it is sending as well as tried to tinker with the rest of the criteria but it is still just sending a static form.
It is to send an update 7 days before an end date, at 12:00, if "x" box is not checked to people in "x" column. That is all.
Anyone know why or how this could be happening?

First, I want to confirm, it is sending as an update request and not a reminder, right? If you can include a screen shot of the workflow, this may be able to help in seeing what is going on!
Next, I want to verify, on your sheet, are any of the columns locked? Locked columns are the best way to send update requests while limiting the fields they can change.
