Any good way to report progress on a weekly basis?

I currently am reporting a daily change for one of my projects using an automated workflow and some formulas. See below.

My boss would like to see progress on a weekly basis (Monday to Monday) so lets just say Line ID 1 is Monday and Line ID 25 is Monday of next week in this example. Any good ideas on how I may be able to automate this?

Useful information: I leverage the sheet above into a report that goes into an executive dashboard so I'm looking to keep it neat.

Have you tried changing the "-1" in your second screenshot to a "-7" so you are pulling from seven rows above instead of one row above?

Would it reliably be 5 (or 7 if including weekends) rows above, or do you have some other indicator that a certain row was for Monday?

Good question Paul, I have it set to run every day so I do believe that captures weekends. However, my main issue is that I have parent/child tasks being copied over to a separate sheet and then another workflow to send the children to an archived sheet/bin. So the numbering is all off. My best bet would be to make every 7th row created "Monday". Any ideas?
