Training path, resources & help for a new SS user

Morning SS Experts. I have been using SS for 2+yrs providing some very helpful tools/sheets for use by some of our employees - but still have so much to learn…. Is there a specific training path/curriculum that I can follow - with some sort of certificate/qualification at the end? What licence type do I need for this? Are there any online classes that I can join? Are there tutorials that I can access…? Any advice/guidance would be highly appreciated. Tx.

I picked up Smartsheet as a new tool about 1 year ago and cannot recommend the Smartsheet University enough. Whenever my colleagues ask about learning Smartsheet, I always point them to the Smartsheet University and in particular, encourage them to work through the "Self-Paced Core App Learning Path". I feel that this gives new users of Smartsheet a solid foundation for using many of the core functionalities in Smartsheet - Sheets, Formulas, Reports, Automations, Collaborating, Dashboarding etc.

At the end of the learning path there is a Capstone but this course, together with some practice will set a user up for the Core Product Certification.

I am not sure what licence agreement you have with Smartsheet, but we see many of these courses included with a full licence. I believe there is the option to pay for these learning paths and certifications individually too

Hello @Derek Arnoldi - The capstone is an timed quiz that you can take to following a learning path and the certification is a timed and virtually proctored exam.
