    @Stanzozo since you use the word database, and 'technically' Smartsheet is not a database, it makes me curious how large your sheet is? I'm assuming you're calling a large sheet a database? How many rows and columns? Within these columns how many formulas and self referencing formulas? Also attachments?

    Limits are 20k rows, 400 columns, 500k cells. Those limits are based on just raw data. When you hit or get close to those limits but then those are taken up by a ton of formulas/references that limit will get tighter and performance will slow. I've personally over exhausted those limits many times. I also recently had a client who had 80k attachments in a sheet with only 200 rows… it was horrendously slow. It was just a misuse of the system.

    Now all that's based on my assumption of your limited description… so I could be totally wrong in my assumptions.
