Problems encountered during use in China

When accessing smartsheet in China, the image validator cannot be displayed during email verification, and attachments cannot be uploaded when the function is in use. Is there any proper solution?

    Occasionally we receive reports that Smartsheet has not been accessible from certain IP addresses in China. We also hear of users that can't upload or download attachments due to the file storage service we leverage, Amazon AWS servers, being blocked. It is unclear to us if these blocks are intermittent, temporary, or permanent.

    Similar experience on our side, the Great FireWall has proven to cause issues in the past with uploads until our IT Team locally researched and addressed. I couldn't tell you what they did to resolve but it was addressable and now we don't have issues. My sense is a good local IT expert in your org should be able to diagnose and correct.
