Activity Log Drop-Downs Not Expanding - Need Help Troubleshooting

  • Hello. I am experiencing barriers within the activity log. I need assistance in figuring out why some drop-down arrows on some selected rows are not able to "open up" and show the activities. It appears as if they attempt to open up, but nothing populates. I've tried closing out and signing. There doesn't seem to be a pattern as it occurs for various users within the same activity log. I am the owner; so, it is not a matter of permissions either. I've also gone back in on a different day but experience the same occurrence. Thoughts? Thank you!

    I checked in with the Support team, and they confirmed that other customers have reported this issue. Our team is actively working on a fix! While I don’t have an ETA for when it will be resolved, rest assured we're on it.

    If this issue is causing a significant impact, I suggest reaching out to Support to make them aware that you're affected. They can also assist you if you need a snapshot of a previous version of your sheet.
