Automation Quit Working - Change Cell Value

Hi Smartsheet Community! Happy Friday!

I have a pretty straightforward automation set up that has been working flawlessly for months:

Basically if the System Access Date is today or in the past, it is supposed to change the Rollout Status from "4. System Install" to "5. System Access" - but it looks like it quit working around 20Aug:

I tried manually running the automation, and the status for the above did not change. I tried cloning the automation and setting it up to be time based instead of triggered when the cell changes, that did not work either. Why would it stop working? How do I get it to start working again? TIA!
