List Line - Move to bottom on completion?

Hello community!
I was given a basic smartsheet to use as a task tracker, I believe it is the Project with Work Breakdown Structure, and have been asked to set it up in a way to prioritize by task. Easy enough as these features are already built in. I was also asked to make it so when a task is completed, that task will move to the bottom of the list. I did not see a way to automate this or another place to set this rule to work. Is this something that can be done at all?

The first thing that comes to mind is sorting based on a field like status or % complete in a way that sends completed tasks to bottom or the page.
