Allow Widgets to Overlap

Currently spacing between widgets is automatic and enforced, but it would be nice to be able to have one overlap another when desired. You'd need to be able to define which would show on top, of course, but this would create more flexibility in design and visual interest.

This would be a useful solution for donut charts to have a (total amount) metric appear in the middle.
