Alert - Send to contacts in a cell not working
We have a simple trigger to run when rows are added/changed to alert the task owner (contact column). Its set up as "Send to contacts in a cell" and none of my users are receiving the emails. One user received 20% of the emails… but like 5 hours later. When I run test on a row… I receive the email no problem.

Have you made sure that your automation permissions are set to unrestricted? Sometimes, deleting the automation and creating it again also helps as the recipients might have unsubscribed from the notifications accidentally.

Automation is unrestricted and I have manually viewed several users settings to ensure their email notifications are on. They do get the bell icon but the email never shows up… When I run test on the automation, I get the email within seconds.
