Technical Issues with Formulas in Smartsheet

I am currently experiencing significant technical issues with complex formulas in my Smartsheet. The formulas are extensive and connect multiple sheets, each containing over 3000 rows. Unfortunately, I am receiving error messages indicating that the formulas are unable to access all the rows, and I am also encountering notifications that my Smartsheet exceeds the size limitations supported by the program.

I need assistance in resolving these issues so that I can effectively manage my data without running into these limitations. Any guidance on optimizing my formulas or troubleshooting the crashes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
