Account Colors and Logo Not Applied
Has anyone else noticed when using "start a new project, program, or process" > start from scratch options was NOT applying account customization (logo and colors)?
Can anyone confirm this "bug" has been fixed?
Also need to fix the Workspace option forcing them to name the workspace instead of New Solution or Untitled workspace since this has caused some reporting challenges on our end. I run quarterly reports and there are way too many "New Solution" or "Untitled workspace" workspaces in our account.

Thank you @Marlana K. for clarifying the situation! That behavior definitely isn't expected. I'm glad to hear that it has mostly resolved itself, but if you continue experiencing the issue, I recommend reaching out to Support so they can investigate the affected sheets and escalate it if needed.
As for your second point, that sounds like a great idea! I recommend submitting your feature request by creating an Idea post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic.

Regarding your first point, workspaces inherit organization-level branding, not personal branding. Workspaces created after custom colors and logo branding are set will inherit these new settings. However, for existing workspaces, you’ll need to change them individually, which will override the plan-level branding.
System Admins can set default branding options for everyone in the account. Do you know if your Sys Admin has configured this for your account? You can check out more information here: Brand Smartsheet with your colors and logo.
As for the second part of your question, I’m not sure I completely follow. Usually, you should be able to rename workspaces or other new items by right-clicking(as long as you have the right permissions). Could you elaborate a bit more on the issue you're encountering when trying to rename workspaces?

I am our account System Admin. We have had custom branding set since before I started here in 2021.
This was an issue I noticed after the update to the template gallery "Start from Scratch" section.
The sheets that were created did not show our branding, this seems to have resolved itself but here is one sheet that still shows smartsheet branding. I tried to pull some out of my deleted folder but when I did the branding applied.
Second item when creating any of those options above under Start from scratch it creates a workspace called Untitled workspace (originally it was New Solution).
I have no issue with renaming the workspace but our users are not renaming them just leaving it as Untitled workspace (or when it was New Solution the left it as New Solution).
I want the system to FORCE a rename so they can't leave it as Untitled workspace.

Hi,
We have the same issue with workspace logo and branding. We have had organisation level branding set for a while, but now all workspaces have 'lost' part of it. While the side bar shows the correct colour (whether is organsation branding or workspace specific branding), the logo and coloured bar at the top is no longer there. This applies to old and new workspaces and has not resolved itself.
Any help with this would be great please.

Yes I am, that would be why. I saw the Top Rail Deprecation, but had not actually realised the implications and had not realised how useful the Top Rail was for us!
It makes ensuring we are making changes to the right workspaces a lot more fiddly and increases the chances of human error, how annoying.
