A way to create a hyperlink for each rows attachment as a column
Hi Smartsheet Team,
Is there a way to create a column in a sheet that is the hyperlink/link for the attachment of each row? I am using data shuttle to offload sheet data and the attachments aren't included in the csv file. I thought a link or hyperlink column would be a workaround for this.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Jack A!
That sounds like a good idea! I created a simple test using a column with hyperlinks, and while the information exports as a string, you can still access the CSV after the workflow completes and convert the values into hyperlinks manually. It’s a good approach, though I recommend testing it with your specific use case to see if it works as expected.
You can find more information on offload workflows here: Create an offload workflow in Data Shuttle.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for the input Isaac. How did you create the test column with the value/hyperlink? I can't find the column type or function that does that?
Thank you.

You're welcome! For the test, I used a Text/Number column and simply placed the string of the link in each cell. Smartsheet automatically recognizes it as a hyperlink once it's entered.
I hope this helps!
