Ability to request snapshots on more than 2 projects at once and reduce time to deliver snapshots

Hi, currently there is a limitation with the system that you cannot request more than 1 snapshot on a sheet and on no more than 2 sheets at once. Sometimes the snapshots take 1 minute and sometimes as currently experienced, it has taken more 18 hours and still no snapshots (they supposedly can take up to 24 hours). I have 60 that i need to request - 60 days to wait is excessive. Just use backups you might say? we have over 2,000 sheets and to request backups across all of them will take just as long as waiting for the snapshots and it doesn't help my current situation. Also we don't have the ability to schedule backups (its not on our plan) - so would have to rinse and repeat this process constantly. Upgrade the plan to have sheets backed up on a regular basis - surely this should be standard functionality included with EVERY plan?!
