Add automation trigger "when update request is submitted"

It would be great if a user submitting an update request could trigger an automation. We have to create a separate checkbox to "resubmit request", but if the user forgets to check the box before submitting the update request, there is no feedback loop to the requester. It would be so much simpler and cleaner to have the update request being submitted trigger the automation rather than creating a separate trigger.
